TURNAROUND TIMES

Most products are ready to ship

Current order processing is  3 - 5 business days

Art prints are made to order - order processing times are currently 5-7 working days before dispatch

All items ship from the UK with the exception of art prints which ship from local print studios; i.e UK based art print orders ship from London

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All items are shipped via Royal Mail

UK shipping starts from £2.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

UK buyers can expect to receive their orders 1-3 days after shipping

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. All precautions are taken to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns will only be accepted where your order has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part. 
 

If there is an issue with your order please contact heyyymumu@gmail.com with your order number and order details and we will be touch as soon as possible to try and rectify the issue.
 

Refunds will only be processed for defective items after they have been returned to us.
 

Where orders have been returned by due to not being collected; the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.

 

 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Please double check the shipping address is correct at time of order. Packages returned to us due to insufficient address information will be reshipped but the buyer will be asked to repay the shipping cost
